1. Download
For the downloadable items, they can be downloaded right away after the completion of the order. If you have any problem to download the items you ordered, please check out How to Download the Items Ordered or send us an email about it. There is no shipping for downloadable items.
For stamps or other non-downloadable items ordered, we will send them to you via United States Postal Service (USPS).
2. Shipping and Handling
The standard shipping is free in the United States, only $5 for Canada, and $8 for any other country. The shipping rate is for any non-downloadable order regardless of how many items in an order. We do our very best to ship your items out as quickly as possible (usually in 24 hours).
